While we do not sell the fasteners directly, we recommend our partners White Cap (https://www.whitecap.com/locations) for all of your fastener needs.
What is the lead time for custom barriers?
13 weeks from the date the purchase order is received is the lead time for the customer barriers.
Is there a minimum requirement to purchase of the barriers to get the customer color and logo?
We request that customers are purchasing a minimum of 1,000 linear feet of product.
Can the brackets be locked so the barrier cannot be removed?
Yes. The barrier brackets have a hole for a lock to be placed in the locked (downward) position. Prefect
for lock out – tag out.
How many fasteners are required for the Wall Bracket?
One fastener in the top hole is sufficient to be compliant with the SafetyRespect Wall Bracket. If the
product is going to be used permanently or for a long period of time, we recommend using fastening
through both the top and bottom holes.
What size fastener is required for the Post Foot?
A 3” long, 1/2“ concrete fastener should be well sufficient to handle the post foot embedment. A list of
recommended fasters can be provided upon request.
How many fasteners are required for the Post Foot Socket?
One concrete fastener is required for the Post Foot Socket.
Does the product meet the OSHA standard for guardrail?
Yes, all of our products meet or exceed the OSHA standards.
Testing has been performed in accordance with OSHA 1926.502, Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, SOR/86-304, and the Ontario Regulation O Reg 213/91 to verify if SafetyRespect’s edge protection meets the requirements.
How is the product tested?
Our laboratory tests every system with both a static and dynamics test. Testing results documentation will be sent to your email address upon filling out the following form:
Do you need to be certified to install this product?
You do not need to be certified to install our products.
Can you install this product yourself?
Yes. Most of our customers in the United States install our barrier systems themselves.
